Your body is not just a vehicle—it’s a sanctuary. Saucha encourages us to treat our body and mind as sacred. When we honor our vessel through care, rest, and ritual, we tap into a deeper level of respect and love for ourselves.
On the Mat: Temple Practice (15 min)
Start in Cat/Cow to awaken the spine with love
Flow through Low Lunge, Warrior II, and Triangle Pose
Include Supported Bridge or Supta Baddha Konasana
End with Savasana, hands on heart and belly, repeating the mantra
Off the Mat: Create a Sacred Space
Choose a small corner of your home and transform it into an altar. Add a candle, a crystal, a photo, or a quote that feels sacred. Sit near it each day for a few quiet minutes to honor your presence.

Our mantra for the week is…
I honor my body as a temple and my mind as its sacred altar.
Our journaling prompts are…
How do I speak to my body and mind?
What would it look like to treat myself with reverence?
Where can I bring more sacredness into the ordinary?
And our meditation is…a meditation to remember your sacred life.
Begin seated or lying down. Take a body scan: start from the crown of your head and move slowly down to your feet, offering silent gratitude to each part. As you breathe, repeat: “I honor this temple.” Imagine each breath polishing and blessing your inner sanctuary. End with hands over heart and a bow inward.
