Your body carries stories — strength, exhaustion, resilience, softness, recovery, growth. It knows when to rest. It knows when to move. It knows when something feels right — and when it doesn’t.
When we slow down enough to listen, our bodies become trustworthy guides.
Our mantra for the week is…
I honor the strength, softness and wisdom within me.
You don’t have to choose between strength and softness — both belong.
Our journaling prompts are…
When has my body guided me wisely?
Where in my life do I need more strength? Where do I need more softness?
What helps me truly listen to my body?
And our meditation is…a meditation to honor the wisdom in your body
Sit comfortably. Let your shoulders drop. Soften your jaw.
Breathe gently and feel into your body — from the crown of your head down to your toes.
Notice sensations, energy, subtle feelings — without trying to change them.
Silently repeat:
“I honor the strength within me.”
“I honor the softness within me.”
“I honor the wisdom within me.”
Allow gratitude to rise quietly in your chest.
Stay as long as you like.
