The Gift of Returning

Think about a difficult chapter in your life. Was there something that helped steady you?

Perhaps it was yoga.

A morning walk.

Prayer.

Music.

Writing.

A trusted friend.

Maybe it wasn’t one big thing at all.

Maybe it was dozens of tiny moments that quietly reminded you to keep going. This is why practice matters. Practice doesn’t erase life’s challenges. It gives us something steady to hold onto while we move through them. Over time, these small acts become anchors. They remind us that peace isn’t found in perfect circumstances. It’s found in returning—again and again—to what nourishes us. At Bee Well, every class is filled with people practicing exactly that.

Not perfection.

Presence.

Not performance.

Connection.

Not becoming someone different.

Simply coming home to yourself. That is something worth celebrating.

Our mantra for the week…

Each breath brings me home.

Our journaling prompts are…

  • What practice has supported me through life’s biggest challenges?

  • What am I grateful for about my practice today?

  • How do I want my practice to support the person I’m becoming?

And our meditation is…a meditation to remember peace (10 min)

Close your eyes.

Recall a moment when you felt peaceful.

Notice where you were.

Who you were with.

How your body felt.

Now realize that peace wasn’t outside of you.

It lived within you all along.

Take several slow breaths and imagine carrying that feeling with you into the rest of your day.

MANTRA: Each breath brings me home.
