Get Back to Basics in this 4 week series for all levels. You'll have 4 opportunities to go to yoga - Monday evenings from 700-800pm.
Whether you are a beginner or coming back to the practice after an extended break, this series will teach you what you need to know to begin a regular yoga practice. Learn the pose names, safe alignment for your body, or just retouch on the basics. Have questions? There will be plenty of time for Q&A and personal attention from the instructor. It will be warm, not hot, and fun, not frustrating!

The Artist's Way is a process developed by Julia Cameron, an active artist, author and playwright for more than thirty years. This process has served millions of people find their unique ability to express and live with purpose.
This process of recovering creative power will guide you through gentle examination of limiting beliefs and fears that inhibit creativity and self expression. It doesn’t matter if you consider yourself an “artist”, this work empowers anyone to create purpose and meaning in their lives. It will inspire the art of living your own unique life purpose!
This is a 12 week course that can create the foundation for a lifetime of self care and self expression practices.

Taught by Allisson Butler-Kublanov, a DONA trained doula, this 6-week series covers a new topic each week from breathing techniques for labor and delivery to poses that alleviate the pains of pregnancy. Each class includes a gentle yoga flow, breathing techniques, meditation, and a restorative practice that will impact how you approach your pregnancy, birth experience, and postpartum care. Through group discussions you will have the opportunity to bond with other women and share the beautiful experience of growing a new life on your journey to motherhood.

This is a yogic workshop steeped in ancient ritual while being presented for the modern woman. The Seasonal Sisterhood positions itself in conjunction with each turning season, meaning every workshop will be specifically prepared to best support each woman in this phase. Rooted in Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, participants will move, breathe, flow, reflect, connect, and enjoy this sacred community we build together. Each workshop comes with homemade treats to have during the workshop and a gift to take home.
