Welcome to Bee Well Yoga. We are so glad you are here!
There is always some apprehension when you are starting something new. It doesn't have to be complicated or cause you to be nervous. At Bee Well Yoga we have a few ways to help you get started on your yoga journey. Start with a gentle flow, a yin yummy class, a lunch break class or walls & balls. While these classes are less intense than our power flow classes, we also welcome (and encourage) you to try a power flow when you feel ready. Just let the teacher know that you are a beginner, ask for modifications and drop down to child's pose when you want to. In Bee Well Yoga's Beginner Club Workshop (offered once each quarter), we will introduce you to foundational yoga postures & movement techniques, basic anatomy, and an introduction to yoga philosophy—all along-side other students who have just started their yoga journey.
