So often, we speak to our bodies with criticism instead of care. We focus on what we wish was different rather than honoring all the ways our bodies show up for us — every single day. This month, we soften. We remember that our bodies are not projects to fix… they are homes to tend, nourish, and rest inside.
What would shift if you began treating your body with the same tenderness you would offer someone you deeply love?
Our mantra for the week is…
My body is a home I care for with tenderness
Let this mantra be a reminder that your body is not the enemy — it is your companion through life.
Our journaling prompts are…
When do I feel most at home in my body?
What would it look like to care for my body more gently?
Where am I still trying to force, perfect, or control — and how can I soften instead?
And our meditation is…a meditation to connect to deep gratitude for your body
Find a comfortable position — seated or lying down.
Close your eyes and take a slow breath in… and a long breath out.
Feel the weight of your body supported beneath you.
Notice your heartbeat. Your breath. The subtle aliveness within you.
Silently repeat to yourself:
“My body is a home I care for with tenderness.”
With each inhale, imagine filling your body with kindness.
With each exhale, release judgment, pressure, comparison.
Rest here for a few breaths.
When you’re ready, gently open your eyes — carrying tenderness with you into the day.
