Clear the Clutter, Inside and Out

Purity starts with awareness. When we begin to notice the energy we carry—mental fog, emotional weight, environmental clutter—we take the first step toward creating clarity. In yogic philosophy, Saucha reminds us to return to the essential, to cleanse and reset so that we can move through life with more ease and lightness.

🧘‍♀️ On the Mat: Cleansing Flow (10–15 min)

  • Begin in a seated meditation, inhaling and exhaling through the nose (3–5 minutes)

  • Move into Cat/Cow, then gentle Supine Twists

  • Flow through Revolved Low Lunge and Revolved Triangle

  • End with Child’s Pose and three cleansing breaths

🌿 Off the Mat: Clear One Space

Choose one physical space that needs attention—your closet, your fridge, your inbox—and spend 15–30 minutes clearing it. As you sort or clean, breathe deeply and visualize the release of inner clutter too.

Our mantra for the week is…

I cleanse my thoughts, my space, and my spirit with every breath.

Our journaling prompts are…

  • What thoughts or habits feel heavy right now?

  • Where in my environment is chaos reflecting my inner state?

  • What would feel different if I released even a little of that?

And our meditation is…a meditation to let go of clutter.

Sit in stillness. Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth. As you breathe, imagine a wave of clean, white light sweeping through you. With each breath, silently repeat the mantra - I cleanse my thoughts, my space, and my spirit with every breath. On the exhale, visualize any tension or clutter being carried away. Stay with the breath until you feel lighter.
