Letting go can feel like loss—but in truth, it is often the beginning of receiving. This week’s mantra invites us to release not with fear, but with faith.
Aparigraha, the yogic principle of non-attachment, asks us to trust that what is meant for us will not pass us by. When we unclench our grip on what no longer fits—old roles, outdated dreams, past hurts—we create sacred space. Space for the new. Space for truth. Space for peace.
Let this week be a soft opening. With grace, we let go. With trust, we receive.
Our mantra for the week is…
I let go with grace, making space for what’s meant for me.
Our journaling prompts are…
What am I ready to release that no longer aligns with who I am?
How can I let go with more compassion and less fear?
What kind of space am I creating in my life through this release?
And our meditation is…a meditation to practice graceful release
Begin in a seated or reclined position, supported and comfortable. Close your eyes and connect with your breath.
On the inhale, silently say: “I open.”
On the exhale, say: “I release.”
Visualize a stream in front of you. As you breathe, imagine gently placing mental or emotional burdens into the stream. Watch them float away. Sit in stillness, feeling the spaciousness you’ve created. End by repeating aloud or internally: “I let go with grace, making space for what’s meant for me.”
