Our mantra for the week is…
I trust what my body is asking for.
On the mat practice: listening & choice
Begin seated, eyes closed Ask: What do I need?
Flow slowly:
Cat/Cow
Low lunge (pause + feel)
Forward fold
Add 3 pauses:
→ Between sequences, stop and notice
→ Adjust your practice accordingly
End in stillness (5–8 min)
Off the mat practice: release one thing
→ Midday Check-In (2 min):
Ask: What do I need right now?
Rest? Movement? Quiet?
→ Silent Walk (10–15 min):
No phone, no input
Just observe
→ Honor One Need Daily
Our journaling prompts are…
What kind of rest am I craving most right now?
Where am I ignoring my needs?
What helps me feel restored?
And our meditation is…a meditation for inner listening (10 min)
Sit comfortably. Bring your awareness inward. Gently ask:
“What do I need?”
Pause.
Don’t search for an answer. Let it arise.
It may come as:
A word
A feeling
A sensation
Trust the first honest response. Rest with it.
