This week’s mantra invites us into radical self-trust and presence: “I have enough. I am enough.” In a world constantly urging us to do more, buy more, be more—this simple phrase is an act of rebellion, and of peace.
Aparigraha is the art of releasing excess—not just physical possessions, but also the internal pressure to constantly strive. When we pause and reflect, we often find that the fullness we seek is already here. This mantra grounds us in sufficiency and quiets the voice of scarcity.
You don’t need to earn your worth. You are inherently valuable. Let this truth take root in your heart and guide your week.
Our mantra for the week is…
I have enough. I am enough.
Our journaling prompts are…
Where in my life do I feel the urge to constantly do or achieve more?
What would change if I truly believed I am enough?
What am I grateful for that I already have?
And our meditation is…a meditation to listen to the wisdom inside you that already knows you are enough.
Sit or lie down comfortably. Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Inhale: “I am enough.” Exhale: “I have enough.”
Repeat this cycle for several minutes. With each breath, allow the feeling of sufficiency to expand. Visualize yourself surrounded by a warm light of contentment. Stay here feeling this warm light and recognizing a feeling of "enoughness" in your body for 10 - 15 minutes.
