Gratitude isn’t found in the past or future — it blooms in the here and now. This moment, this breath, this heartbeat is a gift. When we ground ourselves in presence, gratitude becomes effortless.
A Yoga Practice for Simply Being
A slow, mindful sequence to bring awareness inward:
Seated Side Stretch – Open the ribs and invite space for breath.
Slow Sun Salutations – Flow gently, noticing each transition.
Tree Pose – Root down and balance in this moment.
Savasana – Rest fully in presence.
Our mantra for the week is…
Gratitude lives in the present moment.
Our journaling prompts are…
What helps you feel most grounded in the present?
What moments of beauty are often overlooked in your day?
How can you practice gratitude through mindfulness and breath?
And our meditation is…a meditation for simply being.
Sit quietly and breathe deeply.
Inhale: “Here.”
Exhale: “Now.”
Allow your awareness to settle into the stillness beneath thought. Feel gratitude for simply being — nothing more is required.
