The Power of Being Held in Community

There is something deeply healing about being seen, supported, and held by others. When we value independence over everything else, we can forget that we are wired for connection. Community reminds us that we don’t have to carry everything alone. When we allow ourselves to receive support, we soften, we open, and we remember: we belong. We have a home in each other.

And our meditation is…a gratitude meditation to feel the support of the wholeness of life
Close your eyes and imagine the ground beneath you gently rising to meet your body. Feel yourself fully supported, with nothing to hold up or carry. With each inhale, receive support. With each exhale, soften into it. Repeat quietly: I am held. by the unbroken holiness of life.
