Gratitude Practice for Spring: Rooted Before You Rise

Spring often inspires forward momentum. We experience new goals, new energy, new beginnings. But before we rise, we root.
Gratitude for nature’s steady presence reminds us that support already exists beneath us. The soil doesn’t question whether it deserves to hold the seed. It simply supports.
This month, our gratitude practice focuses on what already sustains us.
Our mantra for the week is…
I am supported in ways seen and unseen.
Our journaling prompts are…
Who or what supports me quietly in my life?
What foundations have helped me grow?
How can I offer steady presence to someone else?
And our meditation is…a gratitude grounding meditation
Sit comfortably.
Bring to mind one person, place, or practice that supports you.
Visualize it beneath you like rich soil.
With each inhale, feel appreciation rise through your body.
With each exhale, send gratitude outward.
Repeat: Thank you for holding me.
Rest in that feeling for several minutes.
