When we consciously acknowledge the people in our lives, we shift from taking connection for granted to truly honoring it. Gratitude becomes a bridge that brings our hearts closer together.

Sit comfortably and bring one person to mind. Silently thank them. Then expand your awareness outward—friends, family, teachers, community. Visualize gratitude rippling from your heart outward like waves. Rest in the feeling of appreciation filling your entire body.
