Dream.
"You are what you want to become. Why search anymore? You are a wonderful manifestation. The whole universe has come together to make your existence possible. There is nothing that is not you. The kingdom of God, the Pure Land, nirvana, happiness and liberation are all you."
Thich Nhat Hanh
Why wait? You are what you want to become. Listen. Practice. Manifest. Dream and create. Enjoy the practice of dreaming this week...
Our mantra for the week is...
My dreams are possible.
I am.
I am worthy of my dreams.
Our journaling prompt is…
If I had no limitations what would I create?
Write for 5-20 minutes.
Practice this for 3 days. Take a look at what you have written are there any emerging themes?
And our meditation is...
Find a comfortable seat. This can be sitting on the floor, in a chair. This can be laying down or even standing with support. You can choose to keep your eyes open or close them gently.
Connect to the sensation of your breath. Say "I am breathing in. I am breathing out." for 7-10 breaths. Be here in the breath.
Begin to focus on the space of your heart. Feel the bliss, joy and love that exists here. Say, "I am loved. I am enough. I am. I am worthy." Repeat this statement and watch how your heart softens.
Then begin to think of one of the dreams you have written about in your journaling session. Think of every detail of what that realized dream would look like. What would it feel like? See yourself as the leading role in this dream. See colors, notice sensations, see the physical space, the timeframe, the steps - be creative in your journey. Spend 5-20 minutes in this state of visualization and listening.
Pause and allow yourself plenty of time to slowly return to your day.
