I am Open to the Wisdom of my Spirit

Daydreaming. It can be a window into our deepest desires. How many of you were told to stop dreaming at some point? Or maybe to get your head out of the clouds. Dreaming is the business of the soul. Dreaming is a way for us to connect to our deepest desires, to determine what is real and what is outside our soul business.

I encourage you this week to remember what it is like to dream. Ask your soul to share with you the deepest desires of your heart. Spend time listening. Write things down. Dream some more. Believe in your dreams - that they CAN and WILL happen. Say, "yes", to the wisdom of your soul.

Our mantra for the week is...

I am listening to the wisdom of my soul.

My soul is wise and speaks to me through my heart

My heart guides me to share the gifts of my soul

Our journaling prompt is…

When you catch yourself daydreaming...what are you most likely to be thinking about?

Write about your gifts and talents. What would you like the world to know about you?

What are the thoughts youI hear repeated the most? How do these thoughts make you feel?

And our meditation is...

Find a comfortable seat. This can be sitting on the floor, in a chair. This can be laying down or even standing with support. You can choose to keep your eyes open or close them gently.

Connect to the sensation of your breath. Inhaling and exhaling through the nose. Say "I am breathing in. I am breathing out." for 7-10 breaths. Be here in the breath. Feel a softness in your face and your eyes, a gentle smile on your lips.

Begin to set an intention for listening to the wisdom of your soul. Maybe something like this...

I am open to the wisdom of my soul

I welcome in all that my spirit wants to share with me

My heart is open to receiving the wisdom of the universe

Allow your body to relax. Inhaling and exhaling through the nose. Say "I am breathing in. I am breathing out." for 7-10 breaths. With each exhale feel the body relax a little more.

As you feel the body relax, you may come in and out of awareness of the breath, how the body is feeling. You may find yourself lost in thought. Let all this happen naturally. Allow emotions to rise and fall. Welcome in the whole experience.

Listen. Be with the whole experience.

Continue to be in the breath, listening to the response in your mind, your body, your heart. Using your own words, continue to express your openness to receiving the deepest wisdom of. your soul. The wisest part of you - connect with this space - your soul space. Allow yourself as much time as you need to listen to the wisdom of your soul.

Breathe deeply here. What does this space feel like? What do you want to remember from this experience? Take a moment to express gratitude for your soul wisdom.

Pause and allow yourself plenty of time to slowly return to your day.
