Movement is medicine. Our flow classes offer breath, deep stretches and flowing movement. sequences of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, and inversions guided by a steady breath. Options offered for all levels.
Stillness is medicine. Our yin and yin & flow classes provide moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body - the tendons, fascia, and ligaments - floor postures held for longer periods of time. **Great for runners, bikers, triathletes, cross-fitters, world travelers, and anyone who has tight hips and/or low back pain.
Meditation is medicine. Our restorative and meditation classes guide you to deep rest for your nervous system, body, mind and spirit. Floor poses with long holds and lots of props. Space for quiet. The perfect antidote to reduce stress, fight fatigue and improve sleep.
Our reiki sessions promote relaxation and stress reduction while stimulating the body's natural healing abilities. Reiki is a Japanese energy balancing technique that can help to balance, cleanse and restore emotional and physical well being. During a Reiki treatment the practitioner will place their hands in a series of positions over or slightly above the body. Reiki promotes healing by activating the relaxation response and helping the body to balance, relax and restore.
Our initial acupuncture and cupping sessions start with a western medical history review, discussion of diet, lifestyle, health goals and tongue and pulse diagnosis. Your first treatment will include acupuncture, cupping therapy and/or aromatherapy (although some services may be excluded). Acupuncture uses thin needles and cupping therapy uses suction cups on/in specific points on the body to encourage energy flow and alleviate various health issues. These therapies can be used to improve blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, reduce inflammation, address pain, stress, nausea and enhance relaxation.
Private Yoga Sessions
A private yoga session offers personalized instruction and guidance tailored to an individual's specific needs and goals. It allows for one-on-one attention from a certified yoga instructor, ensuring a customized practice that can focus on flexibility, strength, relaxation, or any other desired aspect of yoga.

Love Bee Well Yoga! My husband and I have been attending private yoga sessions for over two years at Bee Well and it’s changed my life. I can’t express how great these sessions are! Allisson caters every session on how you are feeling that day with variations of mediations, faster flows, slower flows! Bee Well is a place to gain mental and physical clarity in a comfortable and welcoming environment. As a new yogi I felt embraced immediately and it eased my insecurity of not being an “expert”. I love the way the instructors help you get the maximum benefit of various moves by helping you to position your body correctly and helping you realize while moves should challenge you, they shouldn’t be painful. The variety of classes is amazing and I’ve been able to try different levels as my yoga practice has expanded. I also love not all the classes are warm or hot.
Bee Well Yoga has been amazing place for me to practice, grow, and laugh along the way!!
