RYT-200

My favorite yoga pose is Parighasana (Gate Pose)

My least favorite yoga pose is Paripurna Navasana (Boat Pose)

I can’t wait to teach you about using your Yoga practice as a moving meditation to still the thought waves of the mind to allow for present moment focus and the peace that lies within.

Emily Ann has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 3+ years. She loved yoga the moment she took her first class with friends. She received her 200hr certification in 2018 from Shoshoni Yoga Ashram and her 60hr Vinyasa certification in 2019, both follow the ShambhavAnanda Yoga tradition and philosophies. Emily Ann loves practicing and teaching Vinyasa flow and encourages students to use their Yoga practice as a moving meditation. To find peace from thoughts through present moment focus. By spending the time in class to work on ourselves, we allow ourselves to be more of service to others outside of class (because we’re happy inside and out!) When Emily Ann is not practicing or teaching yoga, you can find her outside amongst the trees & flowers, riding bikes, watching birds, reading books, enjoying art, and always listening to music.
